Slim traditional styling originally seen on the Norton Commando and very popular on Bonnevilles in the past. All silencers contain modern stainless steel wool lagging.. These systems are hand made, polished & plated in England, come with all fittings & can be used with Triumph centre stands. None of these exhausts are legal for use on British roads, & they may be illegal in other countries. Use is purchaser’s responsibility. We have fully tested these on 2008on EFI bikes. They fit all work without any modifications needed to the bike.

Air Injection Eliminator Kit for Carburetted (non-EFI) Triumph twins

The air injection system is designed to mix air with the exhaust to burn unspent fuel as mandated by the EPA. This causes superheated exhaust turning the head pipes blue. Removing the AI system will decrease / eliminate the “blueing” effect.

Complete air injection removal kit includes stainless steel bolts with the Thunderbike 'T' milled into the top, two copper washers, vacuum port cap and airbox plug. Comes complete with easy to follow instructions.
