Returns Policy

 

All returns will be checked upon return to TPP.

If the part/s is found to be faulty, we will endeavour to replace the part within 7 days of receiving an enquiry. If the item/s is a failure under warranty, we will not refund warranty items - we will repair or replace the item (if within warranty period). If you have changed your mind in regards to the product, we can not accept returns and we will not give out refunds or store credits.

Please note we are unable to refund the freight charges associated with the return unless otherwise discussed with TPP.

If the product is incorrect, we will swap over to the correct part or issue a refund or store credit for future purchases if needed.

Please note that if you have changed your mind about your purchase, we DO NOT accept returns
