904 Big Bore Stage 1 Engine Kit for 865 Engines

Ever had the urge to get that 790 or 865 engine sorted out the way it should have been built!? Well TPP have come up with the solution - our in-house 904 Complete Engine Kit.

The kit consists of the following;

• Wiseco 904 Big Bore Kit
• Heavy Duty Barnett Clutch kit
• Either 270 or 360 degree performance cams (optional)
• Barrel Machining
• All new gaskets
• PLUS ALL THE LABOUR!
• Add a Set of Cams for a little bit more power 

Your Bonneville, Thruxton, Scrambler, America or Speedmaster will be a completey different bike after we have finished with it!

For high Km Engines other parts may be required.

Your Engine Is totally stripped, cleaned and inspected. We then reasemble the cases to the same detail we use to build our Salt race Engines.

We then Assemble the top end with the 10.5 to 1 pistons and 904 Big bore kit and cams which are optional. 

We check the head for wear and servicability inspecting cam bearings, valves, guides and valve seals. If attention is needed in this area we will ring and advise of your options, keeping you in the loop of the build as we go.
