Finned Exhaust Clamps for Liquid Cooled Triumphs​ Raw Finnish 

New - Big Fin Exhaust Clamps for LC Triumph Twins - Supplied here in RAW finish

Inspired by the Webco finned cooling parts of the 1960s and 70s these are bolt on replacement for your stock clamps 

These fit all the 900 and 1200 cc Triumph Twins except the Thruxton and Speed Twin because of the extra cross over pipe in the stock thruxton headers.  

Specifically design to fit 

2016 and UP : Street Twin, Street Cup, Street Scrambler, Speedmaster, Bobber, Bobber Black, T100, T120, Scrambler 1200

Fitting notes :

Note - Anyone can fit these clamps at home - due to the OEM factory design of the clamp assembly the nuts should be tightened sequentially - do not torque up one nut all the way before moving to the other but rather half a turn on each nut.

The kit is delivered with the following pieces

4 Aluminium Spacer Blocks - these sit on the threaded stud which the exhaust clamps use to hold the headers against the exhaust port of the cylinder.  Although not strictly necessary - the stock clamps dont use this setup - these spacers prevent the clamp assembly twisting in the case that one nut is over tightened vs the other.

The Clamps themselves like the original Clamps are delivered in 4 pieces - these are marked UR, LR, UL, LL - Meaning Upper Right, Lower Right, Upper Left, Lower Left.

After removing the original clamps from the bike assemble the new pair of clamps (either UR/LR for right header, or UL/LL for left header) around the part of the straight part header pipe before it starts to bend.  Be sure to check the two clamp pieces are fully interconnected together around both sides of the header.

This will then allow you to slide the assembly back down over the exhaust studs.  The difficulty of this depends somewhat on how straight your header studs are.

Then replace the stock stud nuts on to the end of the studs and sequentially tighten each nut up taking it turns swapping between each nut so as it make sure the force is pretty much equally applied between top and bottom stud.   Torque to 8nm. Although a simple operation please apply full attention to make sure the clamps are not twisted. Enjoy
